You can bring your problem to me and I'll give you a free 5-10 minute assessment - if time permits I can do this while you wait, otherwise I will usually get back to you on the same day. I can also come to your home or office if that's more convenient. For call-outs and workshop work I charge $60 an hour, with a minimum of $50 - provided I fix things, of course!

For most routine jobs I can give you a fixed quote, for others you may be better to opt for an hourly rate. Where the work involves components such as disk drives, memory upgrades, software and so on I can supply those at similar prices to the major retailers.

When time permits, I am sometimes available for after-hours and weekend work. If you come to me there is no surcharge, otherwise I charge $80 per hour with a minimum of $60.

If you prefer, I'm happy to quote on a job rather than going by an hourly rate. In these cases I still charge the normal call-out and hourly rates to prepare my quote.

Naturally, if I don't fix your problem, you don't pay a cent.

I accept payment in cash, by Visa and Mastercard (to which a 5% surcharge applies), or by direct transfer to my bank account at the time of service.
